VALIDITY: The candidates will be covered for 90 days for up to associate
manager/manager from the date of joining on the conditions mentioned herein:-
Professional fees:
Junior positions our consulting fee is equivalent to One Month gross emoluments
(8.33%)
Middle Management our consulting fee is 10.00% of Annual Gross emoluments ..
All Levels above Senior Management our consulting fee is 12.00% of Annual Gross
emoluments.
( Above rates are EXCLUSIVE of Service Tax )
