Article 1: Duration and mode of work

Article 2: Working regime

Article 3: Rights and obligations of employee
1. Rights (skipped)
- Transport (7): Transport of the company
- Main salary (8): 4,200,000 VND
- Other income: based on decisions of Director
- Term of payment: Cash or transfer
- Allowances (9): based on work requirements
- Salary is paid from date 10 to 15 of the next month.
- Bonus: at the end of year and other bonuses according to policies of the company and
regulations of Vietnam Labor Law.
- Salary increase regime: according to regulations of the company.
2. - Equipped with labor safety including: according to requirement of the work
- Social insurance and health insurance, unemployment insurance (10): according to agreement
- Training regime (11): according to work requirements and during time when the company
assigns to study, the employee must complete the course on schedule, is paid salary and receives
other rights as working people.
- Other agreements (12) The employee or the employer who unilaterally terminates the contract
must inform before 30 days. The employee must deliver sufficient related documents and
supplied equipments when leaving employment.
Two parties implement the contract on the basis of agreements and ensure accordance with
Labor law and characteristics of the company. Issues will be solved via agreement, when there is
not any agreement, the employee must not complain.
2. Obligations
- Complete works committed in the labor contract
- Comply with regulations about business and production operation, labor discipline and safety.
- Compensate for violation and substance (13): according to regulations of the company.
Article 4: Rights and obligations of employer
1. Obligations
- Ensure employment and implement fully commitments in the labor contract.
- Pay fully and on schedule regimes and rights of the employee according to the labor contract
and collective labor agreement (if any).
2. Rights
- Assign the employee to complete the work according to the contract (arrange, transfer,
temporarily leave off work)
- Temporarily delay, terminate the labor contract, discipline the employee under provisions of
law, collective labor agreement (if any) and regulations of the company.
Article 5: Implementation terms
- Problems involving labor which are not written in the labor contract are applied regulations of
the collective agreement, in case there is not collective agreement, that problems will be applied
provisions of law.
- This contract is made into 02 copies with the same legal value. Each party keeps 01 copy. The
contract is valid from September 01, 2014. When two parties sign the appendix of the labor
contract, the content in the appendix of the labor contract also has the same value as the contents
of this contract.
