This document describes different climate zones and their characteristics. It discusses tropical climates found near the equator with hot temperatures year-round and rainy and dry seasons. It also describes desert climates found near the tropics and in temperate zones with little rainfall and extreme heat and cold. Finally, it discusses polar climates found at the poles with very cold temperatures year-round and snowfall several days a week.

Savannah are found in Central Africa, America, south Asia and parts of Australia. It is a huge plain with tall grass, green in the rainy season and yellow in the dry season. DESERT CLIMATE
It is found near the tropics and in Temperate zones
WeatherClimate - There is little rain. - In hot deserts it is very hot during the day and cold at night. - In cold deserts it is very hot in Summers and very cold in Winters.

WARM TEMPERATE CLIMATE
It is found in temperate zones
Climate Mediterranean Oceanic -Temperature is high in Summer and mild in Winter. - Precipitation is not abundant. - Summers are very dry. - Temperatures are mild all year because of the ocean. - Precipitation is abundant and regular. - It rains in all seasons.
Vegetation is abundant and landscape is green. There are forests with oaks, ash and beech trees. Landscape has changed, many forests have been cut down to obtain room for farmlands, towns, factories or roads. Rivers in Summer carry little water. There are forest of holms, oak, and pine trees. Climate -Temperatures are low in Winter and cool in Summer. -Temperatures grow colder going up the mountain. -There is abundant precipitation during the year. - It often snows in Winter.

In the Antarctic there are only a few scientists Mainly ice and snow all around.
