Electric Aircraft 2023
Los Angeles, May 10th, 2023
Traffic congestion is a growing issue
The problem
■ (1) INRIX; (2) U.S. Census Bureau; (3) The Lancet Planetary Health 2
■ 97 hours: time Americans lose on average
every year due to congestion(1)
■ $87 billion: cost of traffic congestion to the
US economy in 2018(1)
■ 20 minutes: additional time the typical
commuter now spends commuting every
week, vs a decade ago(2)
■ 9 million: worldwide deaths each year from
pollution(3)
Aerial mobility can help alleviate congestion
The solution

Urban Air Mobility (UAM)
UAM envisions a safe and
efficient transportation system
that will use highly automated
aircraft to operate and transport
passengers or cargo within urban
areas (50-80 km)
Advanced Air Mobility (AAM)
AAM builds upon the UAM
concept by incorporating use
cases not specific to operations in
urban environments, e.g.,
commercial inter-city, cargo
transportation (above 80-150 km)
eVTOL
electric Vertical Take-Off and
Landing: safe, efficient, zero-
emission, quiet vehicles, able to
take-off and land also in dense
urban environments and fly at
low altitudes over cities
Global trends drive exponential growth
Mega trends
(1) World Bank, United Nations; (2) Markets and Markets

■ Urbanization: 56% of the world’s
population live in cities, expected to
grow to 60% by 2030(1)
■ Mobility as a service: ride-hailing is a
∼$120b global market, growing at 17%
CAGR(2)
■ Sustainability in transportation is a
growing focus, for the automotive and
aviation industries
■ Technology makes short-distance
flights viable today, thanks to
developments in batteries, software
and materials
UAM is a very large market opportunity

Infrastructure

The biggest stumbling block to that sci-fi vision, through, is rather
down-to-earth: flying-car companies haven’t figured out how to
site, permit and construct enough places for their vehicles to land
and take off to allow a workable business model for making and
operating sky taxis.

Who we are
Notes: (1) https://aamrealityindex.com/aam-infrastructure-index-1 8
We are a young
company, established by
four leading European
airport-management
companies
We are based in Rome,
Italy and we operate
globally
We aim to be a global
leader in the Advanced
Air Mobility sector
Our Shareholders
Ranked #2 globally in the
latest release of the AAM
Infrastructure Readiness
Index(1)
We are a leading vertiport
network operator
Vision and Mission
9
We aim to improve people’s lives by enabling a fast, efficient, safe,
and clean alternative to existing transport solutions for people and
goods over short distances, by air
We design and develop AAM networks, leveraging our deep
operational expertise, and our strong relationships with all key
ecosystem players
We aim to become a major operator of vertiport networks,
on a global scale
OUR VISION
OUR MISSION
Today we work as an ecosystem orchestrator, to
accelerate vertiport deployment worldwide
Business model
10
Planning and design
We perform feasibility studies
and prepare the blueprint for
new vertiport networks
• Feasibility study
• High-level business plan
• Preliminary vertiport design
Infrastructure building
We help select partners to
build vertiports, and support all
phases of the project, from
permitting to commissioning
• Permitting
• Vertiports physical buildout
• Coordination and supervision
Vertiport network ops
We manage vertiport networks
ensuring compliance and
operational efficiency
• Infrastructure management
• Energy management
• Ancillary services
Orchestrator
We don’t stop at vertiports. We leverage our broad network to
orchestrate complex projects and eventually bring AAM services to new
regions around the world.
main focus today core focus in the long term
We benefit from best-in-class airport heritage through our
shareholders, including Rome Fiumicino Airport (Skytrax 5-star)
Thanks to our relationship with ACA, we have access to operational
experience of one of the busiest helicopter markets worldwide
Thanks to our team’s backgrounds, and by virtue of being part of the
Mundys family, we have access to a broad set of competencies and
technologies in the technology space
We combine the innovative capabilities of a new venture with strong
corporate heritage and backing
Best in class Airport Heritage
Solid corporate backing
Broad mobility background

launch the first commercial route
before the end of 2024
§ Our launch will coincide with the
start of the 2025 Jubilee, an
important event for the Vatican and
the Catholic Church
§ Together with Paris, Rome will be
one of the very first cities worldwide
to have commercial operations of
eVTOL in 2024
§ We are currently on-track for a

❏ TECHNOLOGY-AGNOSTIC
Our vertiports are built to last and to be able to fit all major types of eVTOLs, matching their technical
requirements.
❏ FLEXIBLE
Each city is unique, each location is unique. Our vertiports can be adapted to different setups (land, water,
rooftops, …) and space availabilities.
❏ EFFICIENT
We optimize every aspect of our design, in order to maximize space utilization and to minimize energy
requirements and infrastructure investment.
❏ PEOPLE-CENTRIC
We want to provide the best experience to every person who will use our vertiports. We leverage technology
and smart design in order to surprise and delight.
❏ HIGH-QUALITY
We were born global, but we have an Italian DNA. Our vertiports are characterized by beautiful design and
built with high-quality materials.
We have already built a test vertiport, where we
are conducting tests with industry partners
