This document provides a layout plan for Sector 7 in Zone P-II of the Land Pooling Policy areas. Key points:
- The sector covers 554 hectares with 237 hectares available for development. It is bounded by major roads and forest land.
- The plan proposes 8 neighborhoods of around 13,000 people each, with a mix of high, medium, and low density housing typologies.
- Amenities like parks, schools and community centers are distributed within walking distance. Higher density development is focused around proposed metro stations.
- The plan aims to integrate existing green assets like forest land into a green-blue network and provide walkable neighborhoods connected by pedestrian paths.
