Lifestyle Questionnaires
     and Feedback
Here is one Lifestyle
Questionnaire
completed in the view
of my target audience.
Through the viewing of
my front cover of my
magazine. This Person
has similar views to my
chosen demographic.
They believe it is suited
for females, young,
however slightly
younger than my
intended audience.
They chose soft rock,
which is one genre of
music featuring in a
magazine, They chose a
reasonable price for a
magazine which shows
• This is another
  Questionnaire,
  also completed by
  someone whom
  has seen my front
  cover. This
  persons view of
  my chosen target
  audience,
  demonstrates one
  somewhat similar
  audience I am
  targeting with my
  magazine. For
  example the genre
  of music, gender,
  price, colours.
Here is my final
completed
questionnaire, filled in
the view of my intended
audience. This person
has selected the options
I would choose for my
target audience, also
this person has selected
an age range I have
intended to aim my
Music Magazine as well
as the type of phone,
because my target
audience is interested
in the latest gadgets
and has music
orientated apps.
Feedback
• Due to the selection of the age range 16-18 I
need to change the front cover so my magazine
caters to more variation of age ranges.
• Other feedback includes particlarilry liking my
chosen colour scheme one individual who filled
in the Lifestyle Questionnaire stated they “fit into
the obvious vintage genre that you’re trying to
portray”. In additon to this they believed the
style of the font portrays a feminine magazine.
Which is what I wanted to illustrate.
