What does it mean to “List” ? 1.  To entrust the marketing, negotiating, and closing of a real estate transaction to a licensed professional. 2.  Your home will be featured in the MLS, or, Multiple Listing Service 3.  Any hassle of showing your home will be taken care of by your listing agent, or the agent of an interested buyer.

Trying to avoid the 5-7% commission doesn’t save you ANY money – to the contrary, it will COST you!

In Closing… My goal is not to dissuade you from selling on your own if that is truly what you believe is the best option.  I simply want to offer you relevant facts to help you make an educated decision.
