LSC Outsourcing (previously LSC Staffing Solutions) specializes in the supply of long term outsourced
workforces to the logistics, warehousing and related industries. Whether LSC Outsourcing is providing picking
staff to a client whose main business interest is warehousing, or interlink drivers to a logistics specialist;
processes best suited to each particular client’s needs are investigated and implemented. Key performance
areas, responsibilities, and job functions are identified in conjunction with a new or prospective client, prior to
the recruitment and assigning of staff. LSC Outsourcing endeavors to provide a sufficiently high caliber of staff
member so as multi-tasking can be introduced into the workplace and the resultant efficiencies realized.

Upon acceptance of a quotation submitted for the supply of staff, a Staffing Specialist will be assigned to
facilitate the staffing relationship. His or her responsibilities will include:
 Placement and replacement of staff.
 Handling of disciplinary and IR issues.
   Administering site payroll.
 Issuing of uniforms and safety shoes (if applicable).
 Handling of staff welfare issues.
   Settling of disputes.

The handling of the above saves management time both within the actual operation as well as within support
services such as payroll, HR and other administrative departments. LSC employs experts in the staffing
solutions field removing the employment risk otherwise assumed by the client.

LSC Outsourcing, through its holding entity, LSC Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a member of the Road Freight
Employer’s Association and complies with the provisions of the National Bargaining Council for the Road
Freight Industry when supplying and administering relevant categories of staff. The necessity of joining and
complying with Bargaining Councils within other industries is investigated on a site to site basis. LSC complies
with all other relevant Labour Legislation.

LSC Outsourcing is an accredited forklift training centre and able to offer training and certification for the
operation of various categories of lifting equipment. This training can be facilitated both on-site, or at the LSC
Training Centre.

Through an association with one of the major role players in the Hazardous Chemical Training arena, and
considerable investment both on a financial and manpower level, LSC Outsourcing is now fortunate enough to
be able to supplement our existing Lifting Equipment training courses with that of Hazchem training. LSC
Outsourcing is able to offer SAQA accredited training to both LSC and Non-LSC workforces involved in the
handling and transportation of goods defined as hazardous in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

In addition to the contract staffing and training offering, LSC Outsourcing has a consulting arm that specialises
in the supply of various consulting services. These services are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the
client and we find that through this flexibility we are able to come up with an ideal solution that works for both
parties. Consulting can either be supplied on an ‘as used’ or a retainer basis and include:

LSC Outsourcing, Technical Division was formed out of the ever growing need for both
suitably qualified and technically skilled staff within the broader construction and engineering disciplines within
South Africa. LSC Technical seeks to address this need through the sourcing of quality candidates for either
temporary or permanent contracts both from the South African labour pool, as well as abroad. We pride
ourselves on aligning our recruitment strategy with the needs of our clients and have access to a pool of skills of
which many of our clients and competitors would be envious. In an industry with an ever decreasing skills base,
LSC Technical is able to find and secure otherwise scarce resources.

LSC Technical has a substantial database of qualified staff ready to be assigned to the Petro-Chemical, Motor,
Construction / Civils, Engineering, Plastics as well as the Mining Industries. We also specialise in project
planning, cross border and international projects as well as international recruitment.

The client has the option of utilising LSC Outsourcing, Technical Division, to supply an entire workforce, or
components thereof, through our Temporary Employment Service and benefit from the resultant flexibility, or
alternatively to utilise the Placements division to source staff for permanent positions. For larger projects the
allocation of an on-site office is encouraged as this enables constant interaction between management, staff
and the staffing supplier and enables us to deal with staff related issues as and when they arise. Likewise we
would ideally become an integral part of your planning team thereby anticipating and acting on needs before
they become critical.

LSC Outsourcing, Technical Division is a member of the Metal Industries & Engineering Bargaining Council and
assesses the need to join other similar bodies on a site to site basis. Compliance with the relevant labour
legislation and various statutory bodies is seen as critical and proof of up to date records with both SARS and
the Compensation Commission will be supplied on request.

HSC – The Hospitality Solutions Company’s goal is to be the leading supplier of trained
staff into the hospitality arena. With a firm belief in the benefits of continual training, HSC was formed in 2004 to
address the growing need for a differentiated service provider.

Outsourcing within the Hospitality arena has its own set of challenges and the decision to outsource is often
taken without due consideration of the effect this may have on an operations’ much lauded service levels.
Outsourcing your staff within the service driven hospitality arena often means the outsourcing of your
reputation, as it is often the employees themselves who construct or shatter exactly that.

HSC sees ongoing training as a non negotiable and staff undergo both pre-assignment training as well as
regular on-site training where specific client needs and expectations are addressed. Through partnering with
accredited trainers, each of which specialise in specific aspects of the industry, HSC is able to ensure that
standards are maintained and enforced and also that staff are given the opportunity to learn and progress. All
training is NQ accredited and staff are taught meaningful career skills whilst also being given the opportunity to
work towards achieving a National Qualification. This also assists with retention of qualified, skilled staff.

HSC principally deals in long term outsourcing contracts within the hospitality industry. Through offering a
flexible trained workforce and dealing with all related staffing issues, the client is able to maximize profits
through focusing on core competencies.

HSC is an association of industry professionals from both the hospitality and labour outsourcing arenas, with a
concrete value offering based on flexibility and customisation whilst always ensuring a strong emphasis on
training and up-skilling.

HSC’s vision is to be known as the supplier of choice in recognition of our team of professionally trained, skilled
staff.

LSC Botswana was incorporated early in 2005. After a thorough evaluation of the labour market within
Botswana, a strategic decision was taken by Labour Supply Chain to expand into the country, initially to be
represented in Gaborone and Francistown later expanding into the rest of Botswana.

Through the core activity of supplying and administering long term outsourced workforces to various industries
and sectors, we are able to offer a “basket of services” to meet our clients’ diverse labour needs:

 The supply of contract staff.
 Basic Skills Training designed to better both the individual and the organisation.
 Payroll administration of both LSC and Non-LSC workforces.
 Industrial Relations/Human Resource consulting.
 Employee benefit schemes aimed at improving the quality of life of the staff member.
 Promotional and Event Management Solutions

LSC Botswana has found a niche market in the supply of Promotional and Event Management solutions
particularly from an In-Store promotions and product growth perspective in both the FMCG and banking sectors.
This package is attractive both to businesses based within Botswana and those based elsewhere but seeking to
either enter or further penetrate the Botswanan market. Our local management team possesses the knowledge
to effectively plan and implement promotional events or interventions that, whilst being locally relevant, still
maintain the brands international “look and feel”.

As part of a listed entity, LSC Botswana (Pty) Ltd constantly strives to ensure that our standards of service fully
live up to the philosophy of providing our clients with a professional service that is both increasingly rapid and
reliable.

LSC Risk & Security Solutions
In 2006, with 100% citizen ownership being a requirement to operate in the Security Industry in Botswana, a
decision was taken to partner with a local company and penetrate the Security services market through CJR
Security (Pty) Ltd t/a LSC Risk & Security Solutions. An agreement between LSC Botswana and CJR Security
was entered into, with key individuals from the local security industry being recruited to drive this business and
make inroads into an industry desperately in need of a strong service ethic and flexible product offering. Since
inception the market has proved very perceptive to the new service offering and the business has grown
substantially, now boasting a very reputable client list.

LSC Risk & Security Solutions offers a broad range of tailored and customisable security solutions,
including:

 manned security guarding and patrol services;
 development of occupational health and safety programmes;
 first aid;
 fire fighting and prevention;
 fire and security equipment installation and maintance;
 project management of security technology;
 integrity assessments;
 VIP protection;
 forensic investigations;
 security training and lecturing;
 design of security policies, procedures and instructions;
   analysis of security threats, risk profile and risk potential;
   development and maintenance of loss control programmes;
   investigations into criminal activity, supported by polygraph examinations if required;
   security receptionists;
   special events security.

Ethics and transparency are critical to the success of a security services provider and we distance
ourselves from practices that are not in the best interest of the industry. Growth within the industry
continues to outpace most other sectors of the African economy, and along with the world wide trend of
outsourcing non core functions, LSC Risk & Security Solutions is ideally poised for rapid yet sustainable
growth.

The increase in criminal trend undoubtedly places demands on business to utilise the services of reputable
security companies; we endeavour to remain a leading authority within the security industry in Botswana,
ensuring meaningful contribution and the upholding of respective standards.

The client has the option of utilising LSC Outsourcing, Technical Division, to supply an entire workforce, or components thereof, through our Temporary Employment Service and benefit from the resultant flexibility, or alternatively to utilise the Placements division to source staff for permanent positions. For larger projects the allocation of an on-site office is encouraged as this enables constant interaction between management, staff and the staffing supplier and enables us to deal with staff related issues as and when they arise. Likewise we would ideally become an integral part of your planning team thereby anticipating and acting on needs before they become critical. LSC Outsourcing, Technical Division is a member of the Metal Industries & Engineering Bargaining Council and assesses the need to join other similar bodies on a site to site basis. • 4. Corporate Profile HSC – The Hospitality Solutions Company’s goal is to be the leading supplier of trained staff into the hospitality arena. With a firm belief in the benefits of continual training, HSC was formed in 2004 to address the growing need for a differentiated service provider. Outsourcing within the Hospitality arena has its own set of challenges and the decision to outsource is often taken without due consideration of the effect this may have on an operations’ much lauded service levels. Outsourcing your staff within the service driven hospitality arena often means the outsourcing of your reputation, as it is often the employees themselves who construct or shatter exactly that. HSC sees ongoing training as a non negotiable and staff undergo both pre-assignment training as well as regular on-site training where specific client needs and expectations are addressed. Through partnering with accredited trainers, each of which specialise in specific aspects of the industry, HSC is able to ensure that standards are maintained and enforced and also that staff are given the opportunity to learn and progress. All training is NQ accredited and staff are taught meaningful career skills whilst also being given the opportunity to work towards achieving a National Qualification. This also assists with retention of qualified, skilled staff. HSC principally deals in long term outsourcing contracts within the hospitality industry. Through offering a flexible trained workforce and dealing with all related staffing issues, the client is able to maximize profits through focusing on core competencies. HSC is an association of industry professionals from both the hospitality and labour outsourcing arenas, with a concrete value offering based on flexibility and customisation whilst always ensuring a strong emphasis on training and up-skilling. HSC’s vision is to be known as the supplier of choice in recognition of our team of professionally trained, skilled staff.
