Martin Luther King Jr. was born Michael King Jr. in 1929 and his name was changed to Martin when he was young. As an adult, he fought for civil rights and was arrested during protests where blacks were forced to give up seats to whites on buses and in other public places. He is considered a hero for his iconic "I Have a Dream" speech advocating for racial equality and civil rights, which helped change views around the world.

His AdultHood When he was a adult he was forced to sit where he didn’t want to if the white american wanted to sit their. He was in a riot about civil rights. They were sprayed by a hose and most were sent to jail.
How he's a hero  After being jailed Martin Luther King spoke on a speaker about his I have a dream speech.  His speech was about civil rights.  After that he changed most of the world.
