    •  Size of marquee 30 x 15
    •  A crew of 20 individuals qualified and/or trained in working with
       younger childrenJHB Community Event will attend to
                         overseen by 1 senior manager
       the safety and planning DECEMBER 2007
                            4TH of the days activities.
    • All children to be signed in by an adult.
    • An arm band with parents contact number will be
       attached onto each child. The child will not be
       allowed out the demarcated area on any condition.
