11. Deferrals are a way of temporarily postponing a maintenance activity within Maximo when you are unable to complete a
Work Order by the Target Finish Date. For example, if you did not have the required materials or resources to complete
the Work Order on time, you can defer it and set a status for it.

Operators Log allows operators and controllers to maintain logs and communications in a Control Room. The records
contain details about changeovers, equipment changes, production losses, and near misses that occur during a shift.

16. Manifesting
It is a statutory requirement to provide the Captain of any vessel with a Shipping Manifest. The
Shipping Manifest must describe the contents of everything that the voyage is carrying, with a
separate document being required for each destination.
