I love designing and participating within an energetic team of product development talent. I’m currently ogling fulltime or
contract Senior-Level Product Design positions that feature design sprints and consideration of UX and UI integration. I’m
accustomed to iterative workflow within integrated multi-discipline teams.
EXPERIENCE
Contracted Lead Product Designer (UX + UI) | March 2012 - Present
Design and host product design workshops for startups and established companies.
Assessed user feedback on initial product launch and designed a project plan that would steer course correction toward
minimal product and persona definition for responsive product (topically: Freelance marketplace).
Jumped into semi-mature product development cycle to protype MVP at the feature level and provide annotated wireframes
for Lifeposts; happily conducted design workshops for multi-discipline, remote team, and consulted on role definition.
Lead UX and UI discovery for Ernst & Young matrix framework: aggregated and synthesized ~40 stakeholders’ cascaded
requirements through visual and workshop-driven methodology like whiteboard sketching, affinity diagrams, written
documentation, empathy mapping for user scenarios, design process flows.
Generate documentation: UI pattern libraries, front end style guide, site maps, user flows, test scripts, synthesized test results
for Comcast parental control setup, assignment, and monitoring.
Lean UX updates for Newsella’s educational news & reading comprehension features via annotated wireframes and usability
analysis.
Analyzed research from teachers and administrators to improve accessibility of key tools to enhance curriculum.
Designed wireframes and generated personas, sketches, user flows and user research synthesis for homepage redesign via UX
to encourage immediate purchase and enrollment for Kaplan test prep.
Generated wireframes, site map, and user flow, and visual design assets for new mobile and web-based apps that incorporated
psychological assessment algorithm for multiple applications.
Generated high-fidelity wireframes and user flow for time management program for agencies.
Designed wireframes and prototypes, and performed usability testing for new video and subscription product for InDemand.
Senior UX Designer – Thomson Reuters, NYC | July 2015 - February 2016
Generated tax and accounting catalyst portal user experience through prototypes, usability testing, user flows, and UI
generation and cascading for assigned users and administrators’
Designed new search experience via initial user interviews, low-fidelity prototypes, and persona : empathy mapping.
Wrote user testing scripts and research plans, and performed observational usability testing to upwards of ~20 users.
Iterated and annotated active prototype or static wireframes.
Performed competitive audits and qualitative research, documented featured IA and user flows for legacy and current
software.
Designed and hosted workshops to calibrate team perspectives in the hub of centralized UX requirements.
Advised on and documented process and workflow definition, especially for design-ready and development ready phases.
Senior Interaction Designer – McKinsey, NYC | November 2013 - August 2014
Performed real time design workshops for remote team collaboration.
Designed eLearning apps for internal users through wireframes and visual design assets.

Documented UI patterns in front-end style guide to annotated user flows, and style guides.
Collaborated with remote team of content developers, overseas developers, and stakeholders.
Senior Interaction Designer – Condé Nast, NYC | October 2011 - June 2012
Designed main site feature and front-end improvements for video, fashion editorial sections, mobile and social campaigns.
