Looking ahead
States and MCOs should consider bringing a variety of
mobile features and tools together into a single platform--
an integrated one-stop app.
A state- or MCO-developed app could be tailored to the
state, cities, or regions therein so that the tools and
resources are as relevant as possible to app users.
An integrated app could allow states and MCOs to track and
monitor activity on the apps and conduct research on the
effectiveness of tools and features.
