 Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and
objectives.
 Discusses manpower plans and recruitment process with The Human
Resources Vice-President in order to set semester plans with the recruitment
team to fulfill the required manpower using external channels or internal
posting.
 Assists in the development of the job descriptions by sending Job analysis
questionnaire to the department heads and ensures all requested data are
completed.
 Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
(including recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting,
taking proper actions to close gaps).
 Reviewing recruitment policies & guidelines to ensure effectiveness of selection
techniques and recruitment programs.
 Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and

 Builds rapport relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment
agencies.
