 Responsible for complete recruitment cycle starting
from understanding the profile requirements till
salary offering. Expert in IT recruitments. Having
complete knowledge of Naukri job portal.
Payroll Functions
 Attendance & Leave management, Taxation (Salaried
& Non Salaried), Bank correspondence, liaison with
other internal and external departments, MIS
maintenance.
Training and Development
 Responsible for scheduling the trainings and
coordinating with the trainers. Maintaining the
training records of all the employees. Conduction
induction of new joiners. Coordination for arranging
the external trainings as and when required.
Data Management
 Employee data management, creation of resource
center, making filing system more efficient,
maintaining necessary registers.
HR Generalist Activities
 Looking after the Performance Appraisal
Management System, Re-designations and
Confirmations, On boarding and Exit Formalities,
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling.
Statutory Compliances
 Looking after PF formalities (PF and UAN).
Knowledge of other statutory compliances.

 Following up the interviews till the final placement is done.
 Buildingup the relationship with candidates. Keeping constant touch with the candidate before joining
and after selection as well.
 Responsible for Induction and on boarding process of new joiners.
 Making all types of letters- Appointment letter, Joining Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, Re-
designation Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter, Experience Letter etc.
 Managing internal communication & providing back end support to the top management.
 Coordination with various agencies for training activities, conducting induction for new appointees and general
programs for different levels, maintaining training records.
