7. Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act
of 2012
According to the act, reproductive health refers to the holistic wellness
of an individual, including physical, mental, and social aspects of one’s
reproductive conditions and functions. Under this act, holistic
reproductive wellness does not merely rely on the absence or presence
of a disease. It involves the notion that every Filipino individual has the
right to be safe and be responsible in sexual relations. According to the
act, responsible individuals have the right to reproduce and the
autonomy to settle their sexual preferences

8. Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003
• Promote a healthful environment
