 Someone who can initiate new idea which is
commercial potential.
 Someone who creates and runs a business with the
opportunities (seeking, screening, and creating).
 An innovative person who maximizes his/her profits
by following new strategies or venturing into new
products/ services.

providing shape to an idea or innovation that can
lead to a successful business or organization.
Entrepreneurial leadership is a mindset that focuses
organizations on turning problems into
opportunities that create economic and social value.
Entrepreneurial leaders are not just risk managers;
they are experts at navigating uncertainty.

 Leader and followers are motivating,
collaborating, and keeping for divergent thinking
 Current market is declining in demand or maturing
 Company exploring a new way of doing thing or
offering new products or services
 Leader and followers required specific
characteristics such risk taker, perceptive,
imaginative, persistent, hard working, self-

 Use lots of resources and strong commitment and it
will take time to get result
 High tendency of getting failure and possibly a small
margin of success
 Produce innovative or creative products and services
 Practice a new way of working or doing thing
 More job creation for the society and value added to
customers
 Build a good image for the firm and produce long
term competitive advantages

Someone who have high passion, long visionary, and good imagination
with persistency and not afraid of taking risk.
 Steve Jobs is one of people who uses entrepreneurial leadership styles.
• Jobs' influence on Apple for innovation and creativity ( one bottom click and IOS
system to challenge with Microsoft)
• Invent more new product line such as iPod, the iWatch, and the iPad, Macbook
with more than 500 million Apple customers worldwide.
 Bill Gates inspired his team to produce operating system (OS) and
internet browser.
 Walt Disney inspired himself and his team to create animation
company and theme park.
