2. Negosiasi adalah sebuah bentuk interaksi
sosial saat pihak-pihak yang terlibat
berusaha untuk saling menyelesaikan
tujuan yang berbeda dan bertentangan.
4. Morley (1997) identifies five broad
models that examine the psychological
aspects of negotiating. They are
synthetic models, behavioural models,
information-processing models, models
of the personal characteristics of
effective negotiators, and discursive
models that focus on the social
construction of cognition and action.
A simplified model
of negotiation:
targets and limits
5. The hierarchical nature of
negotiating skills: behaviours,
tactics and strategies
Komponen utama dari keterampilan
bernegosiasi adalah perilaku seperti
pengiriman informasi, pencarian
informasi, argumentasi, pencarian
kepatuhan, penawaran dan hasil.
Perilaku ini dapat disusun dan
diurutkan menjadi set yang sering
disebut sebagai taktik negosiasi.
6. Motivational orientation and choice of negotiating strategy
(kerjasama-kompetisi), tetapi model dua dimensi perilaku konflik Thomas (1979) memberikan
1. The competitive negotiator is motivated to achieve maximum benefit for self at the expense of
the other party (win–lose).
2. The accommodative negotiator is primarily concerned with ensuring that the other party
achieves some benefit even if this requires the sacrifice of benefit to self.
3. The collaborative negotiator is motivated to achieve maximum benefit for both parties (win-
win).
4. The inactive negotiator neglects both own and the other’s benefit by avoiding any attempt to
resolve differences in preferred outcomes.
5. The compromising negotiator adopts an intermediate strategy and is motivated to seek a
satisfactory (rather than maximum) level of joint benefit by splitting the difference on issues of
concern.
7. Other factors affecting
strategic choice
Sementara orientasi motivasi negosiator
akan memberikan pengaruh yang kuat
pada strategi negosiasi pilihan individu,
sejumlah faktor yang lebih langsung
dapat mempengaruhi pilihan strategi
dalam situasi tertentu.
8. Other factors affecting strategic choice
Definition of the
Situation
Stakes
Continuity of the
interaction
Local Culture
9. Other factors affecting strategic choice
Benefits associated
with possible outcome
Perceived balance of
power
Attribution of others’
intent
Constituents
10. Modifying strategies as the negotiation proceeds
Negosiator sering memodifikasi strategi mereka saat negosiasi berlangsung. Salah
