become a collaborative partner with the many stakeholders
that are essential to a one water future in our state and the
effort to build upon and sustain our transformation to a
collaborative culture.
In contrast to other leadership training initiatives, their
model and convening has been embraced by staff.”

The foundation of collaboration is the 9steps Creating conversations of inclusion The magic n crucible when the rubber meets the road Transactional vs. transformational- creating conditions for the …… Utility has opened up and operationalizing conversation. Creating the parameter for people to engage authentically
  8. What did we all learn? For the human spirit to be seen and heard. There is a paradigm shift around letting go of abundance. Land use, water, letting go of projections and how do we do things differently rather than saying no. reordering the concept of abundance. Naming That our water resources are limited. Being criticized for seeing into the future. The “so what” is the ROI and to see their name negatively in the news. They have developed new muscles.
