• 2,600 organic farmers / 86 040 ha in 2011*
   • Organics agriculture represents 6% total surface (3,1% in France)
   • 23% of the national production of organic fruit (1st)
   • 43% of the national production of organic aromatic, medicinal and
     perfume plants (1st)
   • 20% of the national production of milk goat (1st)
   • 20% of the national production of honey (1st)
