A. The Individual Development Program (IDP)

The IDP is specially tailored by the center to
serve the need of filling the managerial positions
with qualified staff who are able to handle all
human resources issues skillfully. It is a unique
route to HR qualifications which will enable
companies to select young enthusiastic
executives and let them gain practice while they
are performing their daily duties.
The role of our center is to help in the
selection and development of the appointed
candidate. It adapts the technique of learning by
doing under the guidance of our experts who
have a long experience in a variety of HR areas
and in training and development.

The prospective candidate will have the
change to examine the role of HR and gain
through understanding of HR skills. He will learn
and practically applies concepts, principles,
techniques for the effective performance in the
areas of HR.
The IDP is flexible and works through at the
pace that suites the candidate. The duration
between 6-9 months depending on the needs
of the individual and the company.
Companies will realize that, this is the most
effective and less expensive alternative which
will generate maximum benefits in the short
and long run.

1. Saudizsation planning : incorporated as part
   of the co. HR plans.
2. Planning & Designing of the training
   programs.
3. Participating in the selection of candidates.
4. Follow-up with the training program.
5. Follow-up with the On Job Training “OJT” &
   final selection of successful candidates.
6. Evaluating & Monitoring the training center
   performance.
