7. A. The Individual Development Program (IDP)
The IDP is specially tailored by the center to
serve the need of filling the managerial positions
with qualified staff who are able to handle all
human resources issues skillfully. It is a unique
route to HR qualifications which will enable
companies to select young enthusiastic
executives and let them gain practice while they
are performing their daily duties.
The role of our center is to help in the
selection and development of the appointed
