Reema Prasad

Reema Prasad has been awarded the "Pat On the Back" award for her work in bringing resourcing under control for the Design as a Service group at Tech Mahindra over the past year. As the head of resourcing, Reema explored multiple hiring sources and tackled resourcing issues innovatively, leading to the highest number of new hires for the group in 2016. Her thorough approach is appreciated, and her manager looks forward to her breaking this record in 2017.
