TAL conducted a "Culture Matters" initiative to understand and align their organizational culture with their strategy. They engaged top leaders and employees to develop a 3-year roadmap. Over 7,900 hours were spent on workshops and other culture-shaping activities. The next steps include inviting participants to help design interventions for the coming year to further evolve TAL's culture.
