"In January 2020, MMR presented me with the opportunity to
start my career working on an impactful project in Arizona.
This Baton Rouge native packed her bags and moved across
the country at the start of a year filled with complete
uncertainty and chaos. MMR always remained steady. I'm so
grateful to work for a company that values their employees
like family and encourages constant growth."
"MMR is dedicated to a culture of
safety, providing the best quality to
clients, and ensuring the success of
its employees. In addition, the
positive energy when you enter
one of their facilities is wonderful.
The attention to detail and listening
skills from the leadership are
beyond exceptional. It is a
company of opportunity, growth
and dedication never forgetting
their military veterans."
Mallorie Saia, Assistant Project Manager
MMR Southwestern Power Group
"I've been with the MMR IT
department for 6.5 years and I love
what I do. Not only is the work
environment great, but so are the
employees. I get to interact with
everyone and help them solve their
IT issues. As the MMR family
continues to grow, I look foward to
my future with them."
Kevin Fuentes, MMR IT Services
"During the course of my almost 20-year electrical career,
I've had the opportunity to work with many electrical
contractors. MMR has far surpassed all in quality,
leadership, training and making you feel that you are an
important part of the MMR family, as well as contributing to
something larger."
Shane Christiansen, MMR General Foreman
Angel De La Mora,
MMR HSE Coordinator
"In 2018 and 2019 I fought life-
threatening cancer. MMR worked
with me and I still have my job. I am
back at work and stronger than
ever!
Barry Duncan,
22 years of service at MMR
"MMR truly cares about its
employees as exemplified through
the many training, initiative and
benefit programs. This company
has a positive and productive
culture where everyone's input and
participation is valued and
appreciated."
Chris Scheumack,
MMR VP of Workforce Development
"I would never work anywhere else. It's not like
having a job. You look forward to coming to work
every day. Everyone supports each other through
good times and bad. We're more like a bunch of
friends than employees."
