(GBRIA) presented MMR with its Specialty Trade (Hard Craft) Award of Excellence at the 14th Annual Craft Workforce Development Awards Banquet, held on Dec. 7, 2021. The GBRIA Craft Workforce Development Awards program honors individuals and organizations that demonstrate excellence in investing in workforce development programs. GBRIA also serves as a benchmarking program designed to promote best practices to improve the skills and retention of craft personnel in the region. GBRIA recognizes and rewards contractors, member plants, schools, educators and other individuals who contribute to the recruitment, assessment, training, career path education and retention efforts.
