Peter Block Engagement Questions

The document presents four questions for individuals to reflect on alone and then discuss in small groups. The questions are about the degree to which attendees intend to get value from an event, are prepared to personally engage and take risks to learn at the event, and take responsibility for others' learning and engagement. Individuals are asked to privately score each question from 1 to 7 based on their reflection before discussing their thoughts in pairs or trios.

To what degree are you prepared to take risks to learn at this event? 4. To what extent are you prepared to take responsibility for the learning & engagement of others at this event?
Four Questions • Now turn to each other in 2s and 3s and discuss the questions for 2 mins • You do not need to reveal your scores to anyone unless you wish to • I will then ask for one or two people to share their thoughts with the whole group
