Some may say teaching begins in home and  the  teacher is seen as a guide to students for complete the education received in home. This statement maybe be right in part, however; the school has been considered as “second home” so that the teacher is more than a guide,  he/she   becomes   to  another mother or  father .  Teachers   have   the   responsibility  to correct, teach and motivate students as if they were parents.
In home, parents should be those who give the first stages to children for being a good person in the community. It could begin with their friends, relatives and siblings. But they do not are able to teach their children in specific fields, unless they are teachers, and here is when the role of the teacher takes place. Pedagogy means education in highest level. Not all the teachers are able to teach, but those who are really interested on emphasize the learning into the students brain and life are true teachers and guides.
INCLUSIVE TEACHING Teachers are those who are in charged of children out of home but treating them more than students, that is the case of the disabled children, for example. It is not easy to have “normal students” mixed with one or two disabled, even for parents is too difficult to pay more attention to the “normal son” than the disabled one. However, currently in our country this is part of the teacher’s role.
Personally, I believe that disabled students require more attention and the better way for giving it to them is assigning specialist teachers in inclusive education. They will be able to find the better way for them to understand and to be updated with the education the other students of the same ages are receiving.
DIVERSITY Another important aspect of teaching is the way of learning, and we can figure out this by means of the Multiple Intelligences proposed by Gardner. Each students differs in the way of learning, sometimes one needs to listen and repeat instructions while another needs to look at the board and read the instructions. The teacher must discover the appropriate learning strategy to be used with each student but at the same time with the whole classroom, without affecting the main purpose which is to cover a content or learning situation.
As examples of strategies to be used by teachers in order to transmit learning to each student we can mention two important methods which are: Reciprocal teaching:   A good way to know weather the student can read and understand at the same time based on four main steps. Summarize, clarify, predict and question.   Socratic Seminar:   It is the better way we can express our opinion respecting others thoughts. It is an exchange in which students can evaluate opinions and make decisions between them. This specially works to make those shy students to talk and also make them more active in the learning process besides they are able to express what they think about a topic or an article read.

El capítulo que corresponde a motivación es de sumo interés, está claramente explicado y la colaboración del grupo para su desarrollo y clarificación de conceptos estuvo bien nutrido de ideas, comentarios de experiencia y opiniones personales. La motivación involucra tanto la actitud del docente como la del estudiante frente a una situación que demanda aprendizaje. El término se refiere a la voluntad y/o disposición que se proyecta para lograr una meta en el aula de clase y si ésta meta representa lo más importante para el estudiante o simplemente es el efecto que pueda tener cumplirlas o dejar de hacer lo posible por cumplirlas.
The chapter that covers Motivation is very interesting. It has been well explained and the cooperation of participants to develop and clarify concepts was highly nourished with ideas, commentaries, experiences and personal opinions. Motivation involves teacher attitude as well as the students’ attitude in the face of a situation which requires learning. The term means to the planned will to reach a goal in classroom and if this goal represents the most important for students or just it is a consequence of having reached them or of having made the possible to fulfill them.
El método empleado para abarcar  los capítulos  o enseñanza recíproca, es ideal ya que al momento en el que voy leyendo voy comprendiendo puede utilizarse en un aula o bien cuando se está aprendiendo individualmente. Como estudiante, muchas de las clases que recibo en la universidad requieren de una lectura en clase, sin embargo resulta un poco difícil tratar de cubrir todo el material y lo que es mejor aún, terminar de leer y tener un claro concepto de lo que trata el artículo. Este método se que lo puedo emplear en un futuro ya sea si me dedique a la docencia o no.
The method used to cover chapters, better known as reciprocal teaching, was ideal because I may read and understand at the same time. It can be used in classrooms or in personal learning. As a student I do receive classes that require reading-comprehension as workshops; however, it seems to be a little bit difficult to cover the whole material and have a clear concept of what the reading was about. I know this method is going to be useful in the future for me as a teacher or not.

EXPERIENCIA COMO ESTUDIANTE En quinto año de secundaria tuve serios problemas para entender las clases de Física del profesor Darío, los números y las formulas eran para mi muy difíciles de entender.  Al principio no le comente nada al profesor pero yo era excelente estudiante en las demás materias y el profesor lo sabia. Un día fracase en un examen y probablemente fue la nota mas baja que he sacado en mi vida. Entonces el profesor se dio cuenta de que ya era tiempo de acercarse a mi ya que yo no lo hacia. No se porque no me atrevía a decirle que no entendía, después de todo el no era un monstruo al que tenia que temerle,  tal vez me daba pena que mis compañeros se burlaran de mi porque para ellos yo era la mas inteligente del salón.
Me sentí muy triste por la nota obtenida y no sabia que hacer pues yo estaba optando por una beca para poder estudiar en la universidad y esta calificación me bajaría todo el promedio y la chica que competía conmigo para conseguir la misma beca me llevaría ventaja porque yo sabia que ella captaba bastante rápido lo referente a los números; justamente lo que me resultaba difícil. En realidad no era tan difícil porque en matemática y química que también llevan números no me era difícil al contrario, en química era excelente y me encantaba pasarme todas las tardes realizando los ejercicios de los diferentes libros de química.
Después que se acabaron las clases el profesor me dijo que fuera al colegio por la tarde porque el iba a dar una clase de reforzamiento entonces yo fui. Cuando llegue el me dijo que el sabia que yo necesitaba ayuda y yo le respondí que si la necesitaba porque en realidad no entendía. Luego le explique en que me era difícil entender y después de varias horas de práctica y distintas maneras de que yo captara, nos dimos cuenta de que yo comprendía mejor mediante los dibujos o las graficas que hacia el profesor, por ejemplo, si hablábamos de las Leyes de Newton yo hacia el dibujito de cada ley y mediante los dibujos logre mayor comprensión. Finalmente, obtuve la beca y el siguiente año comencé a estudiar una hermosa carrera la cual era Enfermería, sin embargo luego no estuve muy de acuerdo con mi decisión de estudiar eso, así que después de dos años la dejé. Pero nunca mas volví a enfrentar dificultades en Física.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AS STUDENT In eleventh grade of highschool I had serious problems in the lessons of Physics of the teacher Darío.  The numbers and the formulas were very difficult for me to understand.   At the beginning  I did not say anything to the teacher, but I was an excellent student in other subjects and the teacher knew it. One day I failed a test and probably it was the lowest grade that I have had in my life. Then the teacher realized that it was time to approach to me since I was not doing approaching him.
I really don't know why I did not want to tell him I did not understand his lessons, after all he was not a monster whom we had to be afraid of, perhaps I felt embarrassment that my partners would make fun of me, because to them I was the most intelligent of the class. I felt very sad for the grade I got and I did not know what to do.  I was trying to get a scholarship to be able to study in university and this grade would lower the whole average.  The girl who was competing with me to obtain the same scholarship would take  advantage of me because she was faster with understanding the numbers; precisely my weakness.
In fact it was not so difficult because mathematics and chemistry that also uses numbers was not difficult for me.  On the contrary, in chemistry I was an excellent student and I enjoyed spending time every evening doing the exercises of the different chemistry books. After class, the teacher said to me that I should go to the school in the evening because he was going give a reinforcement lesson.  So, I did. When I got to the classroom he told me that he knew that I needed help and I told him that I did because I really did not understand.
Then I explained to him what was difficult for me and after a couple of hours of trying to find different  ways for me to understand, he realized that I understood better through drawings and graphics that he drew on the board.  For example,  if the lesson was about Newton's Laws, I made the drawing representing each Law and in that way I gained better understanding for the next lessons. Finally, I obtained the scholarship and next year I started to study a beautiful career which was nursing. However, I do not was so agree with my decision on study it and after two years I decided to leave it, but I never faced troubles in Physics any more.
