Florencia Minniti
Florencia Minniti, an American-Argentine from New Jersey and
Pennsylvania, has pursued music and filmmaking since middle school,
recording professionally since 2019. Embracing her multicultural
background, she combines talents in music and filmmaking, aiming to
inspire through her work and encourage others to follow their dreams.
Proudly representing her Latin-American roots, Florencia seeks to
connect with audiences and provide strength and inspiration through her
music.
3
Concept
Florencia is tired of being mistreated by the store owner and breaks out of the box she’s been caged in.

6
Storyboard
The video starts with a zoom in shot on a clock that will hit 12. With the clock hitting 12, the camera zooms in to a box and Florencia
wakes up in the box and the music starts. With the line “couldn’t breathe” she starts to spin. She looks hurt and thrown away by
someone who she once cared so much for…
7
Storyboard
The store-man picks up the box where
Florencia is encaptured in an aggressive
manner and sets it on a farther place. He then
puts a sticker on the box that says ‘broken’
with the line “What’d I do baby, for you to hate
me?”...
Full of anger of being mistreated, Florencia
starts throwing a tantrum and pushes the wall
of the box trying to be set free…
8
Storyboard
With the line“you could’ve saved me”, angry Florencia knocks over the box and with some magic she becomes
human size ready to torment the shop owner…
9
Storyboard
…during the bridge, the lyrics “running, running…” Florencia starts dancing and causing chaos in the store.
Anxiety and fear circulates the man's body as she continues to torment him. The store-owner, frustrated, grabs a
gun and is trying to get rid of Florencia.
10
Storyboard
After missing the shot, the store-man is caught off guard by Florencia behind him. They start to get in a
contemporary dance-fight with the line “broken places”. While dancing, the store-man starts being magically
pulled into the box...
11
Storyboard
…The video ends with magic happening and Florencia putting the guy into the box (trading positions). She turns
the sign to closed and puts a forever sticker. Florencia then walks out of the store and winks at the camera while
the song comes to an end in decrescendo.
12
Differentiating Factor
This music video has a unique plot with an exceptional set for an artist of
this size. This song also has a more aggressive attitude compared to most
breakup songs. The meaning behind the store owner and the ballerina is a
similar to a man who took advantage of his lady.

  3. Concept- Kari a. One sentence!!! of what HAPPENS in the video. b. Not always the same as the story told by the lyrics.
  4. Colors - Mica Pink: represents love nurture and compassion - color related to dolls and innocence. It evokes feelings of comfort, warmth and hope. Brown: Brown is often related with feelings of loneliness, sadness and isolation. It can be seem as vast and empty. Emotional vs. Thematic Contrast: Innocence vs. Oppression: Pink often represents innocence, delicacy, and femininity, which aligns with the traditional image of a ballerina. Brown, on the other hand, can signify earthiness, age, and decay. This contrast can symbolize the ballerina’s purity and vulnerability against the harsh, oppressive environment of the antique store. Transformation: The combination of these colors can visually tell a story of transformation. As the ballerina comes to life, the colors can help illustrate her journey from a state of beauty and fragility (pink) to one of resilience and grounding (brown). Visual Aesthetic: Vintage Ambiance: Brown tones can enhance the antique store setting, emphasizing the old, worn-out, and nostalgic atmosphere typical of such environments. This can make the setting feel more authentic and immersive. Highlighting the Ballerina: Using pink for the ballerina can make her stand out against the predominantly brown background of the antique store, drawing the viewer’s attention to her and emphasizing her role as the central character. 5. Karina Our vision for the music video is a cross between Madison Beer’s ‘Reckless’ and Billie Eilish ‘What was I Made For?”. We are picturing an antique toy store with a music box that looks like an old jewelry box where the doll is being kept. It has a light pink inside with a rounded mirror. The antique store has wooden shelves and glass displays of vintage toys like porcelain dolls and wooden trains. The decor is cozy and old-fashioned, could have vintage posters on the walls while warm dim lighting enhances the nostalgic ambiance. The store has a slightly cluttered yet charming layout.
  6. neishka “Couldn’t Breathe through all the heated sheets you wrapped me in the darkness all you wanted was to hear me plead (bleed)” MV begins without music, the man is fixing Flo’s box. Then closes the box aggressively. Music starts. We can see Flo singing and demonstrating feelings of claustrophobia. She starts dancing and through movement and emotions, she demonstrates she feels hurt by someone who she once cared so much about. “what’d i do baby? for you to hate me? all i did was love and love was that enough hmmm?”
  7. (Sean) “I know you hate me I drive you crazy but does that mean you can take me to broken places” “What’d i do? to deserve this? what’d i do baby? Description: …With the line “You wrap me in darkness…” we have a Performance Shot of Flo singing with white sheets flowing around her.
  8. (Sean) “was it worth it? all the hurting? you could’ve saved me” Description: “Ahh Ohh I know you hate me ahh, ohh”
  9. Austin “Running running running running running running from the pain, i’m Running running running running running running Its too late to heal all the promises you steal was I stupid to give 1 more, 2 more, 3 more shots to keep the hell we got” Description: At this point Flo is running around (some dancing) and causing chaos in the store the man grabs a baseball bat and on the 1 more, 2 more, 3 more shots he is breaking things trying to hit someone who he can only see. “I know you hate me I drive you crazy but does that mean you can take me to broken places” Description: Flo at this point had driven the man insane to the point where no matter where he goes this overwhelming feeling of anxiety and fear strikes his core.
  10. Austin “What I do baby? (what I do?) for you to hate me? what’d i do?” (what i do?) but does that mean you can take me? to broken places?” Description: A shot of the antique store absolutely destroyed and the man is standing there sweating after getting nowhere trying to get rid of her. What I do to deserve this? (All I did was love and love you) What’d I do baby? Was it worth all the hurting? (was it worth?) you could’ve saved me Description: While the store-owner is going insane, Flo is dancing around still teasing the guy that once hurt her and kept her captivated in the box.
  11. Karina “Ahh, ooh I know you hate me but did it ever occur to you? That I might hate you too the storms you put me through There’s no more room for two!” Description: Magic again happens but rather her being put the guy into the box, he is thrown into a pit of darkness while Flo picks up a broom, smiles, and sweeps up the mess that was made in her life. after she says the last line “there is no more room for 2”, the music is done and we’ll have some ‘no music’ part where we can hear the broom sweeping and Flo humming as she video comes to an end.
  12. Austin The Hook: Explain why the Music Video would get a lot of views. a. 1 or more differentiating factors b. What makes this concept unique?
  13. Micaela "Florencia Minniti's 'I Know You Hate Me' music video targets a young audiences across the US, especially those with a hispanic background. Primarily appealing to teens and young adults aged 15-25, the video combines pop and contemporary music influences, resonating with fans of artists like Madison Beer and Billie Eilish. Emphasizing themes of empowerment and revenge rather than sadness after a breakup the narrative-driven video features a ballerina symbolizing liberation. Technographically, the audience is digitally engaged, due to gher target audience being teenager and young adults, they are high active on social media through their smartphoneson social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok for music discovery and sharing. The video offers emotional depth, entertainment value, and cultural diversity, inviting viewers to explore Flo’s unique music sound. Projected views: Doing the calculations of Florenica’s most recent total views against her number of subscribers on youtube we expect 48% of her audience to watch the video. However, due to our video being entertaining and different than usual music videos with an unexpected twist, we expect a replayability rate of 2-3x times per week per viewer. Benefits Promotes your music by creating an audience reaction that helps people remember and understand your song Telling the story behind the song Getting people’s attention behind the song Good ad for the audience Technographics: Device usage: MV has to be optimized for viewing on smartphones as the primary target audience predominantly uses mobile devices Internet Connectivity: Software and Apps: Focus on targeting social media platforms like instagram, TikTok and YouTube to promote music video Online Behavior: High frequency, preffered platforms are TikTok and instagram and
