Problem solving consists of using generic or ad hoc methods , in an orderly manner , for finding solutions to problems. Best practices are “those practices that have been shown to produce superior results; selected by a systematic process; and judged as exemplary, good or successfully demonstrated ” . A best practice is a technique or methodology that, through experience and research, has been proven to reliably lead to a desired result. Best practice is a set of guidelines, ethics or ideas that represent the most efficient or prudent course of action. Best practice serve as a general outline for a variety of situations.

Many manufacturing plants of companies are shut down if they cause a lot of harm to the environment. That’s why every company should take up plantation and many other drives in order make up for the pollution they cause. IT HAS MADE US STRONG ENOUGH TO FACE PROBLEMS AND QUESTION PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR WRONG PRACTICES. WE HAVE LEARNED HOW TO MAKE OUR FUTURE COMPANY A BETTER PLACE FROM THE GOOD PRACTICES WE SEE IN THIS HUGE MULTINATIONAL COMPANY, MICROSOFT.
