• To study the “System of Evaluation of Effectiveness of R. AND
C.Programs” in ONGC.
• To study the awareness of R. and C. programs among the employees.
• To analyze and assess the effectiveness of R. and C.programs.
• To know the satisfaction level of the employees, with the
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION Programs followed in ONGC.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the data collected through the questionnaire and
interactions with the Employees of ONGC,DEHRADUN the
following recommendations are made for consideration:  
•Making more people aware about the benefit of the
Recruitment and Selection programs. This would create a
desire for professional excellence.
•Organization should provide more effective and competent
environment to give the professional Recruitment. This
would improve the relevance as well as efficiency and
effectiveness of the Recruitment thus imparted.
CONCLUSION
THE STUDY HELPED IN UNDERSTANDING THE VARIOUS
ASPECTSOF RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS.
IN ONGC THE SOURCES OF RECRUITMENT IS
EFFECTIVE,THE INTERNAL SELECTION IS ECONOMICAL
AND COST EFFECTIVE ONLY AFTER LOOKING THE
EFFICIENCY OF EXISTING EMPLOYEE
TOWARDS THE COMPANY AND HIS SINCERITY THAT
EMPLOYEE WILL BE SELECTED IN ONGC .THE EMPLOYEES
ARE FAIRLY SATISFIED WITH RECUITMENT AND
SELECTION SYSTEM IN ONGC.
