Process involved if a violation is alleged Building/Site Level Administrator: Immediately forward information to Administrator Building/Site Level investigation and/or resolution Forward to District Compliance Officer when appropriate District Compliance Officer: Larry Sera, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources Formal Investigation and/or resolution Maintain records Office of Diversity Affairs: Resource and Ombudsperson Maintain records in conjunction with Compliance Officer

Possible consequences for violating Policy 3211 Malicious harassment may be reported to law enforcement Students: Discipline which may include suspension and/or expulsion depending on mitigating factors Mandatory training Staff/Administrators: Appropriate progressive disciplinary action depending on severity of misconduct Vendors/Volunteers/Others: Termination of services Required to leave PSD property
14. Retaliation Provision A person who initiates a complaint under Policy 3211 and/or participates in the investigation of a complaint will not be retaliated against! Building Administrators and staff will take appropriate precautions to protect students from retaliation!
