Have enabled me to have a broad perspective about issues that affect
not only daily Operations but also our customers. I am able to

customers as well as provide guidance and coaching to ensure the

Managerial Experience
As a Manager I've been able to:
•Provide peer support by having a leadership role in training personnel on FedEx Best
Practices (FXP) and the implementation of new technologies like IPPAD and IROADS
in Puerto Rico and abroad as a special project in Colombia (Bogotá, Medellín,
Cartagena and Barranquilla)
•I believe in promoting the PSP Philosophy and fostering the Purple Promise. Thus,
I’ve taken a leadership role as well in the design and implementation of family
oriented/socially responsible events that foster camaraderie and provide for
networking opportunities between Stations as well as the District.
