What I do…Challenge, Define, Commit and Execute - TransformMy job is to challenge you – to question you – too ultimately transform behaviors not just teach skills. This means that I wont let you off the hook easily, I wont accept ‘just ok’ and I will drive some people crazy, sometimes to the point they will just do it just to make me shut up – which is fine. Again, this process takes time, effort, faith and commitment. Even if you have to fake it till you make it.
