 Who Creates his Own Business who Organises, Operates
and Share the risk of Business.
 Generator of New Ideas,Who makes it Real as New
Innovation.

economic activity as Entrepreneurs.
Characteristics of a Good Entrepreneur?
 Mental ability: it refers to intelligence and creative thinking.
 Clear Objective: mainly he should focus on Profit
 Business Secrecy : able to guard Business Secrets
 Human relation ability: The most important factors contributing to
the success of an entrepreneur are emotional stability, personal
relations ,consideration and tactfulness. An entrepreneur must
maintain good relation with his customers.
 Communication Ability: Effective communication means that both
the sender and receiver understand each other and are being
understood.

 Technical knowledge: Technical knowledge is the one ability that most people
are able to acquire if they try hard enough.
 Hard Worker
 Desire for High Achievement : The entrepreneurs have a strong desire to
achieve high goals in Business.
 Highly Optimistic: The successful entrepreneurs are not disturbed by the present
problems faced by them. They are optimistic for future that the situations will
become favorable to business in Future.
 Independence: One of the common characteristics of the successful
entrepreneurs has been that they do not like to be guided by others and to follows
their routine.
 Good Organizer: It is the ability of the entrepreneur that brings together all
resources required for starting up an enterprise and then to produce goods.

and the Grameen Bank. He was awarded the 2006 Nobel
Peace Prize.
