It introduces BLEND, an approach to bring learning environments into new directions by capitalizing on technologies to allow professionals to communicate, collaborate, and reflect. The agenda covers standards and frameworks for technology skills, and examines how tools like wikis, virtual worlds and video conferencing can support blended learning models that integrate synchronous, asynchronous and immersive learning opportunities.
