methodology for the Global CRM Support Team. The methodology simplified existing industry and organization best practices for

Managed multiple programs focused on Cost Reduction and Third Party Contract Changes
 Performance Improvement: Proposed and directed a performance improvement program for engineering sites
nationally with a history of systemic problems; resulted in an eighty five percent (85%), improvement in system
performance across all sites in less than 6 months. Re-engineered solution and established telecommunications service
contract with a single global provider.
 IT Service Management: Developed a service delivery model for the office of the CIO. The goals were to define the
Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) in support of Train Operations as part of
AMTRAK’s recent outsourcing efforts with IBM, AT&T and other third party agencies. Completed and gained
business approval on three key departmental SLAs focused on business rrequirements, customer relations,
communications, service commitments and eventual Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). Planned phase-II of the
initiative which provided a roadmap to integrate the Information Technology Department and its third party
supplier’s SLA/OLA model with specific core business functionality as opposed general performance metrics.

Infrastructure, Systems, Operations and related support contracts prior to its acquisition. Specific lead roles required reporting
directly to the Chief Technology Officer, management of $50MM of a $200MM overall IT budget. Developed and managed the
execution of all IT component plans into a master strategic-plan.

Consumerization Program lead: Responsible for the design, development, and introduction of new Information Technology
services, “Consumerization”, for the Office of the CIO. Reported directly to the Chief Technology Officer. Managed all third party
contract renewals working with the client’s solutions architects, Sourcing and Finance departments to facilitate contract
renegotiations with telecommunications, desktop and server support groups and service providers.

 The significance of the program results contributed to a CIO mandated contract renewal with the existing service
providers.
 Program changed the support paradigm for 15% of DuPont businesses enabling over 70% savings in support costs.

 HOWARD UNIVERSITY (2012) Hardware Vendor Consolidation: Responsible for consolidation of hardware/software
providers which represented over 18% savings in an annual $30MM budget. Additional responsibilities included the
development of a new data center model and disaster recovery plan currently being implemented by the University
 ELSTER GROUP/AMERICAN METER COMPANY (2007 – 2009): Responsible for working with the client to reduce its SAP
support cost from $300K/Month to $40K/Month. As the internal Program leader responsibilities included developing the
SOW, project plan, client contract and providing governance of the work. The program was implemented in less than 90 days.
Success resulted in additional SAP engagements in the client space as a first-tier supplier.
 COMCAST (2008 -2009): Responsible for responding to an RFP to identify and facilitate a new contract model with a third
party supplier to provide onshore and offshore development and support for legacy system conversion to new technologies.
The environment was a critical component of the business that controlled $500MM in annual revenue. The success of the
program lead to additional business within the client’s environment under the new contract model.
 PEPCO (2007) As part of LAMBRO’s integration approach, was responsible for working with the client as the internal
Program Leader responsible for developing the SOW, Project Plans, Client Contract(s) and providing Governance in
delivering SAP HCM (HR) into their corporate environment. Opposite their existing model, introduced a unique solutions
approach allowing for multiple partners and subject matter experts to be coordinated to deliver the project in 3 months versus
the original 12 month scheduled with a single general resource. The solution also demonstrated 15% cost savings.

AMTRAK, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania  2010-2012 SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (AMTRAK - EMPLOYEE) Lead team of Seven (7) Project Managers for the data center migration of AMTRAK’s national Transportation, Engineering and Maintenance departmental systems. Established a master project plan, individual project plan templates and related statement of works (SOWs), drove business engagement and related risk mitigation plans, responsible for change management, communications plans & executive reporting, managed third party supplier activities and approvals. Key Results & Accomplishments:  Successfully lead a data center migration effort which migrated over six hundred and fifty (650) application environments to two (2) new IBM outsourced data centers on-time and below budget.  Overall corporate program projected to save $80MM; In-scope work represented over 20% of the anticipated contract savings. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AMTRAK, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania  2009-2012 PROGRAM MANAGER (AMTRAK -EMPLOYEE) Managed multiple programs focused on Cost Reduction and Third Party Contract Changes  Performance Improvement: Proposed and directed a performance improvement program for engineering sites nationally with a history of systemic problems; resulted in an eighty five percent (85%), improvement in system performance across all sites in less than 6 months. Re-engineered solution and established telecommunications service contract with a single global provider.  IT Service Management: Developed a service delivery model for the office of the CIO. The goals were to define the Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) in support of Train Operations as part of AMTRAK’s recent outsourcing efforts with IBM, AT&T and other third party agencies. Completed and gained business approval on three key departmental SLAs focused on business rrequirements, customer relations, communications, service commitments and eventual Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). Planned phase-II of the initiative which provided a roadmap to integrate the Information Technology Department and its third party supplier’s SLA/OLA model with specific core business functionality as opposed general performance metrics. Key Results & Accomplishments:  Successfully reduced seven telecommunications service providers to a primary and secondary service provider model  Projected telecommunications savings of $750K annually over first 3 years  Planned phase-II of the service management initiative which provided a roadmap to integrate the Information Technology Department and its third party supplier’s SLA/OLA model with specific core business functionality as opposed general performance metrics. INVISTA /E.I. DUPONT, Wilmington, DE  2003-2004 SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER (LAMBRO TECHNOLOGIES - CONSULTANT) A lead IT role for E.I. DuPont’s strategic plan to divest 25% of its corporation to Koch Industries, a requirement of a new subsidiary directed the development of INVISTA, for a Koch acquisition. Additionally, specifications required separate IT Infrastructure, Systems, Operations and related support contracts prior to its acquisition. Specific lead roles required reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, management of $50MM of a $200MM overall IT budget. Developed and managed the execution of all IT component plans into a master strategic-plan. Key Results & Accomplishments:  Developed RFPs, Participated in vendor selection and contract negotiations, approved SOWs, Project Plans, provided governance for multiple cost reduction and service improvement programs. IT services managed included: o Telecommunications to include Global Voice and Data Services

DUPONT, Wilmington, DE  1999-2003 SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER (GREYMATTER INC. - CONSULTANT) Consumerization Program lead: Responsible for the design, development, and introduction of new Information Technology services, “Consumerization”, for the Office of the CIO. Reported directly to the Chief Technology Officer. Managed all third party contract renewals working with the client’s solutions architects, Sourcing and Finance departments to facilitate contract renegotiations with telecommunications, desktop and server support groups and service providers. Key Results & Accomplishments:  The significance of the program results contributed to a CIO mandated contract renewal with the existing service providers.  Program changed the support paradigm for 15% of DuPont businesses enabling over 70% savings in support costs. ADDITIONAL CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS:  HOWARD UNIVERSITY (2012) Hardware Vendor Consolidation: Responsible for consolidation of hardware/software providers which represented over 18% savings in an annual $30MM budget. Additional responsibilities included the development of a new data center model and disaster recovery plan currently being implemented by the University  ELSTER GROUP/AMERICAN METER COMPANY (2007 – 2009): Responsible for working with the client to reduce its SAP support cost from $300K/Month to $40K/Month. As the internal Program leader responsibilities included developing the SOW, project plan, client contract and providing governance of the work. The program was implemented in less than 90 days. Success resulted in additional SAP engagements in the client space as a first-tier supplier.  COMCAST (2008 -2009): Responsible for responding to an RFP to identify and facilitate a new contract model with a third party supplier to provide onshore and offshore development and support for legacy system conversion to new technologies. The environment was a critical component of the business that controlled $500MM in annual revenue. The success of the program lead to additional business within the client’s environment under the new contract model.  PEPCO (2007) As part of LAMBRO’s integration approach, was responsible for working with the client as the internal Program Leader responsible for developing the SOW, Project Plans, Client Contract(s) and providing Governance in delivering SAP HCM (HR) into their corporate environment. Opposite their existing model, introduced a unique solutions approach allowing for multiple partners and subject matter experts to be coordinated to deliver the project in 3 months versus the original 12 month scheduled with a single general resource. The solution also demonstrated 15% cost savings.
