Roles and Responsibilities: •Sourcing the profiles through Job portals (Shine, Monster India and Times jobs), Referrals, Networks etc. • Scheduling of Interviews for the short listed candidates as per the convenience of the candidates and the clients. • Screening and short listings profiles as per the given requirement. • Briefing the job description to the candidates, assessing their interest on the requirement and checking the suitability of the profile. • Follow up with the candidates regarding the interview. • Maintaining the database of the candidates interviewed, selected, rejected and the test fail. • Travelled to Bangalore On-Site to support New Venture. •. Coordinated with Clients like Concentrix, Genpact, HSBC, Selectsys, UHG,ADP, DIEBOLD. • On the other hand, have a strong negotiation/discussion with the candidates on compensation and salary discussion to be offered. • Documentations and releasing of offers along with this to keep a close follow-up with the candidates during the notice period to get them onboard successfully.
