Position Required: Switchboard Operator / Receptionist / Facilities Administrator
I am looking for a role dealing with customers. I am a people person who enjoys
working with clients. Previous experience has been gained with in Law Firms,
Financial Services, Stockbrokers and Public Sector.
I am a happy, friendly supportive person who enjoys working in a team environment
and enjoys working with in Reception, Switchboard and Facilities Helpdesk Roles.
In my last role I was employed as a Switchboard Operator by Charles Stanley a busy
Stockbroking Firm in the City. I was responsible for dealing with high volume of
incoming calls, directing clients through to the relevant person and departments.
Dealing with client queries, ensuring these we resolved satisfactorily. I have over 20
years experience of working with in fast paced businesses and pride myself on
delivering exceptions customer services.
I will knuckle down and get the job done, as I see dealing with problems and queries
a challenge and will help and support my colleagues to ensure Front of House runs
professionally and efficiently at all times

• Switchboard operations using Eccrisson 1100 Console. From December 2007 to
November 2014 Cisco Console.
• Working as part of a team of five Operators, covering other shifts when
required
• Co-ordinating the diary for 10 meeting rooms using an on screen booking
system.
• Ensured all rooms were set up correctly including refreshments, overseeing

Achievements
• Dealt with calls from distressed and angry clients, calmed them down and
