Jill Jamison has over 7 years of experience in social media management. She has worked for several companies managing their Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs and other social media platforms. Some of her accomplishments include doubling social media followers for clients within a few months, uncovering unflattering videos that helped companies improve customer service, and running successful social media campaigns that drove millions of exposures and thousands of new customers.

& Milestones - Snapshot
State Farm
0 First to discover an unflattering video of a State Farm agent who was captured giving bad
customer service. I alerted our public affairs team and marketing executives. In a two day time
period this video had been viewed over 500,000 times, and shared on numerous websites. By
alerting them to this matter they were able to hold the agent in the video accountable, and now
use this as a case study when training new agents on the power of social media.
0 A project manager on creating an internal social media care team. I identified that customer’s
questions and requests were not adequately being responded to on social media channels. I am
leading efforts in creating an appropriate workflow and gathering a team to handle all
customer’s inquiries that come through State Farm’s social media channels.
Plaid Enterprises
0 Within a year there has been a double-digit increase across all social media platforms. Most
notable a 55% increase in Facebook fans, a 50% in YouTube subscribers, and a 270% increase in
twitter followers
0 Established a new company presence on Pinterest where within 3 months we had over 3,000
followers. Plaid Enterprises on Pinterest has a larger following than Target and Home Depot.
0 Created and fostered relationships with over 100 influential craft bloggers, which has lead to
more brand awareness and created several brand advocates for Plaid.
0 Corrected inaccurate reporting that was previously being reported. This discovery lead to over a
triple digit increase in page views on one of the company’s blogs.
0 Within a year I increased the number of unique visitors to one of the company’s blog by 240%, a
second company blog was increased by 15%. All done without the help of any marketing dollars.

6. Follow Plaid & Win An iPad
Mini!
This is an example of a giveaway I created involving Plaid’s social media platforms. The main goal
was to increase our newsletter subscribers and Pinterest followers. At the end of the giveaway
Plaid captured 570 new emails, and gained 700 new Pinterest followers.
7. Blog Campaign Results,
Martha Stewart Holiday
To unveil a new line of craft products Plaid created with Martha Stewart, I spearheaded a social media
blog campaign where we gave free samples of the line to influential craft bloggers. The results of the
campaign are below. (Images are from bloggers who reviewed the line)
• 8.4 Million Exposures
• A total of 41 blog posts done for the campaign that ran Nov 1-16, 2012
• Exposures to 179,914 Facebook fans and 47,154 Twitter users (63,499 Twitter Impressions)
• 5,000 CTR to the Plaid Martha Stewart brand page
8. Beverly Lane
While with Beverly Lane I discovered how to turn watching videos on YouTube into generating ROI for the
company. I found beauty and fashion influencers on YouTube and sent product to them to review. Within a
day of uploading a review of the item they received, item reviewed was sold out on the company’s site. I
also was able to incorporate a promo code into the videos, and this enabled us to track where the
customer came from. (Vlogger in image is, DulceCandy87)
9. Freelance Work
I have performed freelance social media services for entrepreneurs, small business, and individuals. Here are
a few people I have worked with. EvaFe is an up and coming Latin pop singer. I managed her YouTube, Twitter,
and Facebook channels. Within 2 months I increased her fans by 50%, and within three months I doubled the
number of subscribers to her YouTube channel. I also managed Destiny Metropolitan's social media presence
and within 3 months added 1000 new fans to their Facebook fan page.
