 This sort of role is difficult for the employee to describe to friends or
family, often sounding boring, confusing or both to those outside the
office environment.

 One of the many speculated reasons for this goof up is:
“ Until the 90s, the USSR (Soviet Union) which everyone called
Russia for decades, was a massive country and included many
nations that were brought into the USSR after the revolution. Many
of these have since become nations again. X being in Y was part of
that.
The episode referred to was made in 1994, so it was only just after
the fall of the USSR when pretty much everyone still called it all
Russia (and many of us still do, rightly or wrongly). It's a very large

 Urban Dictionary defines the phrase X as:
“A bastardization of the standard greeting. Used by the stereotypical
mobster in popular culture. Heard in countless movies, TV shows,
commercials, etc. Most often used in real life by actual mobsters,
Americans of Italian descent living in New York or New Jersey (and
elsewhere), or retards who want to sound tough”
and as
“Pick-up line that never fails unless it's truly responded to.”

 In his first appearance, X was credited simply as "The Weird Man".
He often complained about the apparent noise that Monica and
Rachel made, either in person or by tapping on his apartment
ceiling with a broom.
 X dies while banging on the ceiling after complaining to the six
friends about the noise for the last time. Shortly after his death, the
friends meet his lawyer, who reveals that since he didn't have any
surviving family members, he has left all his worldly possessions to
"the two noisy girls upstairs”
 X appears again in a flashback, where it is revealed that he was the
reason Joey became Chandler's roommate instead of Eric, a model
photographer with a porn star sister.

 Each of these sections of the game are interceded with questions of general
knowledge for each player, and the choice of whether to pick Google or Wicked
Wango cards, or pass play to the opposing contestant. Wicked Wango cards
determine whether you go higher or lower.
 There are also various other rules, including holding your breath whilst your
question is being read, a Hopping Bonus (in which you must change legs between
questions) and a Backwards Bonus, where the correct answer must be repeated
backwards.

 X is a nerdy superhero who wears red Ken doll like tights and a
yellow cape. He was created by Y when he was a kid. X's power is

 X is an American daytime soap opera broadcast on the NBC
