HISTORY The  Oberoi Group , founded in 1934, owns and/or operates 29 hotels and 3 cruise liners in five countries. WHO IS HE?
Founder of oberoi hotel Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi  (15 August 1898—3 May 2002) was a renowned  Indian  hotelier, widely regarded as the father of 20th century India's hotel business, was the founder Chairman of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, India's second-largest hotel company, with 35 luxury hotels in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Egypt, Australia and Hungary. The  Oberoi  Group , founded in 1934, now employs about 12,000 people worldwide and owns and manages about thirty hotels and five luxury cruisers. 
WHO IS HE?
Ceo and Chairman Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group. He is also the Chairman of Oberoi Hotels Private Limited, the major shareholder of EIH Limited.  Popularly known as "Biki", Mr. Oberoi is the son of late Rai Bahadur M.S. Oberoi, the founder of The Oberoi Group.

FINANCIAL SUMMARY The Company’s Total Revenue during the Financial Year was Rs. 1142.95 crores which is a 26% growth over the previous year.  EBIDTA during the Financial Year was Rs.334.05 crores compared to Rs. 257.91 crores during the previous year representing nearly a 30% growth.  The Profit before Tax was Rs. 87.00 crores against Rs. 88.99 crores during the previous year.
MANAGEMENT Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi, Chairman and Chief Executive, Mr. S.S. Mukherji, Vice Chairman, Mr. Vikram Oberoi and Mr. Arjun Oberoi, Joint Managing Directors are Executive Directors. The other four are Non-executive Directors i.e. Mr. S.K. Dasgupta, Mr. Rajan Raheja, Mr. Anil Nehru and Mr. L. Ganesh.
