This document provides instructions for an assignment analyzing an ethical dilemma faced by a leadership team. Students are asked to describe a real-world situation where an organization encountered problems due to an unethical decision. They must then analyze how applying an ethical framework could have led to a better resolution. The analysis must be 4 pages long and include: a 1 paragraph description of the dilemma, an explanation of how an ethical framework would have helped, and a discussion of the potential positive and negative consequences of alternative decisions. Sources must be cited and the APA paper template used.
