world. It is a signal transmission solutions provider delivering connectivity, networking and
cybersecurity solutions. The business is organised across two major platforms: Industrial and
Enterprise Solutions. Its high level strategy is to increase revenue in higher margin and
strategically important products. It is pursuing organic and inorganic opportunities in fast-
growing regions.

• Generating year-on-year revenue growth, EBITDA in turn is increasing year on year

Products: Include: copper systems, fiber, rack and cabinet systems, audio and video systems. Also,
structured cabling systems, extended LAN, data centre facilities systems, access control, building
systems automation and camera mounted fiber systems. Intelligent wired and wireless products that
include industrial ethernet switches and related equipment, fiber optic interfaces and media
converters used to bridge fieldbus networks.
Culture: A company with a strong, numbers driven commercial culture. A highly acquisitive,
fast changing business that is rapidly demonstrating ‘best practice’ behaviours within its
functions. Communication between employees is to-the-point and open. Leaders are

Bringing together both strategy and execution, the vice president is directly responsible for the selection development,
and growth of clients’ most strategic accounts worldwide.
The global account development structures, processes and concepts are well-regarded throughout the account manager
cohort. There is ample opportunity to create momentum, scale and realise a rich stream of opportunities in globalised
accounts.

• Taken ownership of their own professional development and have begun preparation for a move into a VP-level role in
sales for a large business unit
• A college degree in an engineering or business discipline. MBA is preferred.
