Client description: Users can access Metrix from the Networx portal, depending upon their privileges. The reports that are available on Metrix portal include: Product/Service Performance Reports, Order Performance Reports, Operations Reports, SLA Reports as well as Inventory and other real-time reports. Metrix combines excellent user experience and at the same time ensures that all users see only the data they are entitled to see.
