stock items delivered by vendors

 Preservation of warehouse

 Timely delivery of available
materials to end users
 Delivery of materials to customers /
locations through milk run program.
 Investigation and reconciliation of
stock-check differences.

damaged,expired and deteriorated

reduction of errors.
 The improvement of information
quality also results in minimizing
unproductive labor hours.
 Minimizing errors and improving
labor productivity results in better
customer service.
