Objectives 
Web2.0technologyisnotonlyprominentinoursociallives,butitplaysimportantroleineveryeducator’sandlearner’steachingandlearningprocesses,especiallyinhighereducation.Web2.0toolssuchasWordpress,GoogleApps,andFacebookPagearenewinnovativetoolsthathavebeenimplementedinconductingcourses,ontopofthecommonlyusede-learningsystemsuchasBlackboard.TheuseofWeb2.0inhighereducationhaseffectivelypromotedblendedlearningenvironment.Whenusedcreatively,Web2.0toolscanfostertheteaching,learning, collaborating,andrelationshipsbuildingprocessesbetweeneducatorsandlearners. 
•Innovate teaching and learning processin higher education with Web 2.0 tools implementation 
•Improve collaboration and relationshipsbetween educators and learners with the ubiquity of Web 2.0 platforms 
•Efficiently and effectively conduct formative assessmentsby continuously assessing learners’ progress and to receive valuable feedback from learners to educators 
•Promote blendedlearning environment by incorporating Web 2.0 technology as integral part of the teaching and learning process 
•User-friendlyonlineplatformtoshareinformationfromeducatortolearners 
•Learnerstoshowcasetheirwrittenworkaspartofcourseassignment 
•WordpressAppointmentsystempluginallowsstudentstoconvenientlyaccesseducator’savailablityandtomakeappointmentforconsultationwithoutanyhassle.
