What if...?
Realistic?
Checking with the client if they have set realistic goals
was an aspect covered in my coaching training. But,
somehow, it never made sense to me.
If, prior to starting anything I’ve done in life, I’d asked
myself, “Is that realistically achievable?”, the answers
would mostly have been “Nope!”
However, the question was never asked; in fact, it never
existed in the first place. All I had was passion, self-belief,
determination and the imagination to find a way to
achieve whatever it was I wanted to achieve.

Entrepreneurs!
I get entrepreneurs, because they act out of passion and
belief in what they pursue!
That passion is what fuels their motivation while their
belief to achieve what others might consider unrealistic is
what drives their determination.
Consider the great entrepreneurs – the role models for
many of us, not only in business. Do you think that,
before embarking on their next idea, they sit down and
wonder if that idea is realistic?

What more?
Entrepreneurs don’t think in terms of what they want to
do. Theirs is an ‘outcome’ mindset – they clearly see the
end result from the outset.
They have a perennial childlike curiosity to continuously
learn so as to continuously grow, do better and be better.
They are resourceful by having a creative attitude to
make something out of (apparently) nothing every time
something unexpected gets in the way.
And they really believe that what they do creates value
and makes a difference to others.

Wondering?
At this point you may be wondering …
What is the point of this presentation – apart from my
love for entrepreneurs?

Here it is!
As an individual, you are who you are, with your own
uniqueness, talents, achievements, dreams and your
own irreplaceable brilliance.
The key point is whether you are allowing yourself to
achieve your greatness and be the best version of
yourself, or whether you are sitting and wondering if it is
realistically achievable.

Innate
Passion, motivation, self-belief, determination,
resourcefulness, imagination, learning,
open-mindedness, value and integrity are not only
entrepreneurs’ qualities.
They are human qualities.
That means they are innate in any one of us; but what
the great entrepreneurs do is make the most and best
use of them to create and achieve greatness.

What if…?
What if you started rediscovering these qualities in
yourself?
What if you learned how to nourish and make the best
use of them so that you create more greatness in your
life?
