Diet & Lifestyle Choices Interview Experince
At the 1st glance of eInterview.org, what impressed me most was the introduction of eInterview,
eInterview.org "listens" to you and responds much like a human interviewer would. The 1st impression
is so intelligent, Using aninteractive technology that tookeight years to develop and relies on more than
20,000 lines of computer programming code, eInterview.org "listens" to you and responds much like a
human interviewer would.. This kind of Intro makes viewers to read the whole part of the writing and
gives them the interest to demonstrate this new technology.
Diet & Lifestyle Choices Interview:
It’s a super cool way to change human behaviors for animals through a Diet & Lifestyle Choices
Interview. Thisinterview highlited some known & unknowninformation that directly harms animal. I
believe this inerviewis done beyond what a normal interview can. And the Unique feature was adding
psychological dynamics to a interview software.
Here are a fewPsychological dynamics thati found during the inerview.
1. Cognitive dissonance:
The interview cleraly created “Cognitive dissonance” (discomfort experienced when simultaneously
holding two or more conflicting cognitions: ideas, beliefs, values or emotional reactions.).
I’m a am an animal lover & loves to eat meat.eInterview.org was able to create the conflict of two
thoughts. If i’m an animal lover, how can i eat their meat after knowing that it harms animal?
That was to mostexcellent part of this new interview application.
2 Self-perception:
eInterview.org used “Self-perception theory” (It asserts that people develop their attitudes by observing
their own behavior and concluding what attitudes must have caused it) to change our diet & lifestyle
Choices. After creating “Cognitive dissonance”, the conflict of two thoughts, eInterview showed that i
should change some of my diet & lifestyle choices to make myself a better human. A greatway to
change human behavior & develop Animal-Environment friendly attitude. A very persuasive way to
make this world more liveable.
3. Secrets from the Science of Persuasion:
eInterview.org used the Secrets from the Science of Persuasionin a great way.
Reciprocity: If we want to make ensure Animal right, we have to change our diet & lifestyle choices.
Scarcity: We love animals but we are hurting them unintentionally.
Authority: We are aware of “Animal Rights” law, but we are not acting according to the law. It gives us a
2nd thought of Acting according to the law.
Consistency: Voluntary active + public commitment gives the Consistency to make it a success .
Liking: Similar thoughts forAnimal lovers to protect Animals right, Compliments for following the
information & Cooperating with us was really great. It surely created “LIKING” Impression.
Consensus: “People Will look to the action of others to determine their own”. eInterview.org was able
to show that other people are living their life without hurting the animals & we should follow them as
well. That was really great to make thisinterviews purpose persuasive.
Comparing with traditional human interview:
Using Psychology dynamic was really great for web interview. It makes the interview more professional
& also leaves an “intelligent”impression among the those who participate. Participants can easily
escape from being observed situation But that's not a negative point. It gives participants the required
space to answer correctly.
i found a bit problem with webinterview. First of all interview taker can not see the expressions of
participants. & it wasn’t made in real time. So, if there is something urgent a participants or interview
taker needs to know, both partieswill fail to update their information & leave the effect. Answering
through feedback option was really great but sometimes a quick replyis very important.
Personality of the web interviewer:
May be there wasn’t anyone who took the interview directly but I found a great personality behind it. A
very passionate person who is observing everything & marking each pointfrom our answers. A great
person whois trying to help us by giving us the importantinformation thatwe need to know. And of
course the suggestions aboutwhat i can do. I wouldlike to say, i found that person is very intelligent,
kind hearted & very helpful.
Errors in wording or logic:
I didn’t find any Errors in working or any illogical thing. It was quite Professional work.
Suggestions to Improve:
From my personal experience i would like recommend addingAnimations & Adding An Userfriendly
Interface would be a great idea to make this site more attractive. It looks like a mini website to me.
Perhaps some pixle adjustments can do the trick to make it look normal. Everythingelse is really fine.
Thank you
