The practice of Strategy, Marketing and business improvement is full of cliches, jargon, and complication that often does little to reflect the problems and needs of customers. For 35 years I have been untangling these complications, simplifying their expression into programs that connect with and engage customers, and improve the processes and capabilities of enterprises across the private and public sectors.
