I work at the intersection of libraries, archives, museums, education and digital technology. My passion is working to ensure that libraries, archives and museums are making the best potential use of digital tools and infrastructure to accomplish their public and civic missions. I have experience developing strategy and national policy around digital preservation and stewardship, managing the development of open source software projects, curating online collections and exhibitions, and steering grant making initiatives to build capacity. My doctoral work in social science research methods anchors all of my work in a focus on outcomes and impacts.
